Ernest serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PPST Academy, where he leads a national effort to protect the health and safety of student-athletes through education, certification, and community-based prevention strategies. A lifelong advocate for health equity, he brings over 30 years of executive leadership to the role, drawing from his ongoing service as CEO of North Central Family Medicine (NCFM), a leading Federally Qualified Health Center in South Carolina.
Under his direction, both NCFM and PPST Academy champion innovative approaches to care—whether through expanding access to medical services or addressing preventable athletic fatalities such as exertional sickling, sudden cardiac arrest, heat stroke, and asthma-related incidents.
At PPST Academy, Ernest’s mission is clear: to equip coaches, athletes, families, and schools with the tools and training needed to save lives, elevate wellness, and build a culture of safety in sports and beyond.

Dale has over 45 years of experience in healthcare financial and operational applications, particularly in the FQHC environment. He has served as COO/CFO in various states and consulted on financial analysis, strategic planning, IT Informatics, and Business Intelligence.
He has also worked as a Project Consultant with Capital Link and as an On-Site Visit Reviewer/TA consultant for HRSA. He served as Executive Director for the Long Term Care accreditation program at JCAHO, developed standards, and worked with CMS and the Office of Inspector General.
Dale is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and was also awarded a fellowship at George Washington University Health Policy Fellows Program. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Purdue University and has completed advanced courses at Purdue and Chicago Kent School of Law.

Roosevelt is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine and pediatrics. He brings over two decades of clinical experience as Chief Programs Officer for the Peak Performance Safety Training (PPST) program. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 2001. He completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
Currently serving as Medical Director at North Central Family Medicine in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Dr. Daniel is deeply committed to community health and preventive care. His dedication to improving health outcomes is evident in his co-authorship of a quality improvement project to enhance cervical cancer screening guidelines.
As Chief Programs Officer of PPST, Dr. Daniel leads the development of evidence-based training modules that focus on critical aspects of health and performance, including nutrition, hydration, sleep, and the management of Sickle Cell Trait (SCT) and Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) in high-exertion environments. His leadership ensures that PPST provides inclusive, life-saving education for athletes, first responders, healthcare professionals, and community members.

Jeremy is an experienced business strategist and financial manager with over 26 years of expertise advising C-suite executives, nonprofit boards, and senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. His career spans sectors including healthcare, education, workforce development, and public safety, where he brings a data-driven approach to building sustainable, high-impact initiatives.
In addition to his leadership of SaNDAI Global and SaNDAI Cares, Jeremy serves as Chief Operations Officer of PPST Academy. Under his operational guidance, PPST (Peak Performance Safety Training) is becoming a national platform to prevent avoidable deaths related to sudden cardiac arrest, exertional heat stroke, exertional sickling, and asthma—particularly across historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Jeremy is actively shaping PPST’s dual-track growth as both a nonprofit and for-profit venture, dedicated to scaling outreach, CEU-certified training, and student ambassador engagement across campuses nationwide.
Jeremy holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida A&M University. His work reflects a deep commitment to blending financial strategy, operational excellence, and social impact to drive community-based change.

Jeremy Jr. (JJ) is a highly skilled and accomplished Director of Data, bringing 7+ years of professional experience driving high-impact data initiatives across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As a trusted leader within the organization, JJ oversees all aspects of data strategy, from end-to-end data collection and wrangling to advanced analytics, forecasting models, and executive reporting.
His expertise spans financial modeling, data visualization, and systems integration, allowing PPST to deliver clear, actionable insights to clients and partners. JJ is especially known for his ability to translate complex data into compelling charts, dashboards, and narratives that support strategic decision-making at every level.
A proud graduate of George Mason University, where he earned his B.S. in Finance with a minor in Data Analytics, JJ is deeply committed to innovation, precision, and impact.

Jayden is a dedicated and innovative Director of Information Technology with over four years of professional experience at the intersection of analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Jayden plays a critical leadership role, managing high-impact projects that transform complex datasets into actionable insights. His expertise includes designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructures, optimizing workflows, and deploying AI-powered solutions to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in public health and health system performance.
Jayden is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering at George Mason University, and is on track to graduate in Spring 2026.
